Job Description
As a React TL, you’ll lead the front-end engineering effort for React-based web applications—driving architecture decisions, code quality, and delivery. You’ll mentor engineers, align implementation with product goals, and ensure the UI is performant, accessible, and maintainable. You’ll collaborate closely with backend and QA to integrate REST APIs, establish testing practices, and improve development workflows (CI/CD, regression coverage).
